Been a little backed up and busy.
There's lots of things revolving around and I like how things are getting more comfier these days.

I once had this dream during my childhood with my cousin Sara.
We wanted to open a dessert shop.
Every Sunday evening, we'd end up at her place making desserts and our very own coffee-milo with vanilla ice-cream. We said to each other " lets have this in our shop one day"...*giggles*
I sold chocolate cakes at the age of 12 and you, you bake the best chocolate chip cookies and cheese cake!

Time really brought us to two different places. She is now a town planner in Brisbane, and I am in a verge of opening a cupcake cafe, talking about passion of ours. I miss you boom..

Dreaming dreams are always easy, but when it comes to working the dream out, it is a different story. It requires passion. Now, I get to put my passion to where it should belong.

Drifting myself back 15 years ago, I could clearly see what the future awaits.
I was this little girl who loved to make people happy.
I joined baking classes at the age of 12 and started selling off cakes right after that thinking, "one day, other than singing... I may end up serving people with delicious desserts"..

Things are surely like a puzzle right now. I know where this heading to, but I still can't get the right puzzle to finish the picture.

Some say "have faith"..until today, my faith never ceased. I'm always that little girl who has got tonnes of dream.

Time will tell, I dont know what i'm writing..

It's the heart that is typing.

flu, flu..go away..don't u dare come any other day!

I enjoy every moment except for this. Joshia's showing the 'sakit sakit' symptom again*blocked nose*cry cry* cannot sleep*clingy*cry cry*blocked nose* again. As much as i want mummy to be around, I still have to wait for another 3 weeks for her arrival. And yes, i'm doing this all alone again. The last time i remember him being sick, I told myself I would'nt want to go through this anymore.

So here I am again saying the same thing but this time, I know what to do ~~(I think)~~. As usual, I prepared my saline drops, and it did not quite work (today)because Joshia ended up gulping most of the air garam thru his nasal, I gave him lots of water and breast milk then I cooked ginger and garlic soup with chicken just so it would clear the breathing passage. Oh yes, and now our room has got this strong eucalyptus smell.

No doctor this time, and i decided to not call mummy because she'd be the one who's going to panic more. *I wish u were here mum*

I browsed through all websites looking for the best remedy to relief the discomfort, then i found this;

Leg Warmers

Mothers always wants what's best for their baby(s), so do I.

Today I got this cool leg warmers for Joshia. I didn't know what it was for at first, but I just grabbed them as it was on sale and they looked so cute with various prints. So I got home and checked out their website.
"Menyesal I got only two pair!!"..

I got this one, and the other pair was with red and black prints.
I want to go there again lah..

They say, home is where the heart is. It is true. I always feel like a stranger here in K.L and I feel like a hermit.

A trip back home was awesome. Having to spend few weeks there left me fatter and happy.

It's already so different now, I no longer have time for myself or make any excuses nor having time to lepak-lepak and taking some sweet time. Everything has changed and I believe it's for the better. Singing is no longer a priority, not that I am not passionate about it (i am), It's about having to have another better priority which is raising Joshia up, plus I don't have a babysitter and I am a full time mama and part time u name it.

Back to where I started, here are some pics for your eyes only :) enjoy

It's always good to be home

I am now spending my sweeeet time in this serene pace of mine. I feel so spacey and less cranky, I am loving every second of being in the kampung.

At the same time, Joshia is also trying to suit himself again with the cousins and his being a bit manja and still so attached with me, I guess he's trying to re-recognize all the faces back.

we often think that the person we love now will be the one we'd marry later
I thought so, yet it did not happen to me..
But for you, it did..and I am so happy!

because God gave me the greatest better half I can ever want
and an amazing son who has been the greatest gift for the both of us

No i'm not selling cupcakes now(since cupcake is so IN now). I just love eating them especially the ones with butter-icing topping...grrrrr I can't get enough of it. No wonder none is being shed.

Went to my favourite cupcake shop today (cupcake chic @ the curve) for two days in a row already, I can never be dissapointed although it's memang expensive. It costs about RM4.50 each(macam harga satu piring sasau kai fan),like they say: It's only a once in a while indulgence, hmmm...yeah should be..

So here goes my day. Just another ordinary day with a touch of sweetness.
oh, and yess!! i'm going back to KK tomorrow.. can't wait.

Had a wonderful day today, despite finding saturdays in K.L boring(everyone should be having fun in the kampung at this time of the day)

Hubby and I managed to watch Run Fatboy Run..then, halfway through Joshia woke up..thanks :)
we ended up playing with him, teaching him to stand by him self, and purposely put our fingers in his mouth so he'd bite. Now that he's got teeth, try imagining the pain.
Thank God he is almost well, now the flu has been transferred to me. I can now look forward to a good night's sleep.

he lost weight, "mama's the one who's supposed to be losing!"

I feel so pretty and happy , seeing the progress of my little one, watching him grow and call my name. How can I thank You Lord?

Stuffy nose

yay! After days of browsing in the web, I finally found this wonderful paediatrician to treat my baby. It's [(Dr.Koe) Child Clinic] at Jln Klang Lama, only 15 minute drive from home. I love doctors who gives loads of infos and explanations about one's sickness plus being sooo nice and friendly. She's a lactation consultant too.

We arrived around 9.30a.m, and got attended at about 11.45a.m, see..we came early but still dapat numbur 10 on the list(it's a first come first serve basis, which means no one is exclusive- bagus lah)! But the wait was well worth it though, oh ya ..and she did not over charge: we paid RM70 for 4 types of medicine and she also gave Joshia two puffs of 'i don't know what it's called' to open up the airways in his lungs, unlike the other clinic we went six days ago: four types of medicine for RM110. My day today: BLISS

I've been waiting for almost three months now, and i can see some flowers blossom already. I hope it will not die half way. Butternut is the sweetest pumpkin I've ever tasted in my life, and yes it's expensive that's why i decided to plant it myself

Today marks Joshia's fourth day of medication. Three more days to go to complete the antibiotic course.

Overall, his condition is quite good less cough and a bit of runny nose only. My sleep is also less disturbed, he only wakes up about 3 times for milk. Some say it's the power of one's breast milk that makes a child's immune system high....ahhh true :) had two slices of brownie to make my milk creamier..(alasan mau makan ahh)

He sleeps well with my puppy around

Joshia turned 8 months on the 1st of January, and already has 5 little teeth and more coming, I can see through the swollen gum.

My mother always say "It's not easy to raise a baby.." thanks mum, I find it true when it comes to handling their cranky-ness, moody-ness, sick-ness...

My second week in KK, Joshia fell sick. I first thought it was because of his teething problem but the doctor said he's got an ear infection as well (like hingus-hingus in the left ear)nothing to do with teething, she added. Then came fever, phlegm, blocked nose, wheezing in his chest and flu. Tough.

Thank God I was in KK. I would probably go crazy if I was in K.L and to not have mummy around would be much more devastating. Well, for first timers it should be tough.

I went through few sleepless nights because Joshia could not sleep well even after few doses of medicine and he latches on me all the time(he's exclusively breast-fed). Poor baby.
...His pain subsided, and after the next review, the doctor said he's fit to fly back to KL. yayy!!

Last night his fever, flu came back from I dont know where!! We brought him to a clinic nearby and he was given a stronger dose of antibiotics plus few more prescribed meds. I called mummy telling her that the liquid/mucus in his middle ear has not subside yet and we both prayed. Thank you Lord, he is fine now though a bit cranky, he's very active. Richael and I feel so much better now.

Joshia is definitely going for a pneumococcal vaccination when he's feeling much better. Another review in a week's time. Cant wait.

It's such a joy having you around, you bring happiness to our lives. Even if it takes thousands of sleepless nights, just to have you by my side..I'm willing to go through it because you mean the world to me baby

Happy New Year everyone..

I'm now on the fast-paced land, and concrete jungle. I will be flying back to KK in less than 2 weeks time with Joshia again *for work purpose.

Had a Wonderful month in the kampung and right now i am missing the ambiance of great EVERYTHING.. I will be back for good one day.

No new year's resolution this year because I failed fulfilling last year's..so buruk oh me.
So 2010, come what may, I am opening my arms wide.

I was raised up as a kampung girl and I will always be one. Mummy said "never forget your root", I never did and I will say the same thing to Joshia and I am going teach him how to speak the dusun language which I myself am not fluent at speaking..uhh that's hard. I will make sure he does.

Mum called and asked "gee, soira kou' muli?"(when are you coming back?)
I answered "bulan duabalas(december), nokuro? langadon koh' noh' dogo? (why? u miss me already?)
she answered "amu lah( no lah) Joshia noh'..(Joshia only)".
I knew she was joking.

Shella my cousin just gave birth to a baby boy on the 23rd this month. I am so happy for her.Joshia has got a new cousin!! yayyy!! he is now an abang :)

I can't wait to balik kampung.
i've been missing all the fun fun activities in kampung like the eating part :)

I will be home soon.

btw, we don't live on trees..we never did.
The last time I remember was having a tree house at Walaiku (Sara's house, my cousin)
my uncle built it for us kids to play just to make sure we don't go to the sungai to catch fish or running around the kampung like homeless kids.

I've always dreamed of being a mother at a very young age..
I used to say "i want to kawin awal and have lots of babies"..
having said that, I did kawin awal and i now have son who is my bundle of joy, of course Richael's too.

He's growing too fast.. it's been almost 7 months since I pushed him out to this world, and of course I can still imagine the pain but it was worth it.

Now, i have everything i used to want, A happy family. thank you Richael, you know I love you.please don grow up too fast :(

I have not been good to my feet lately. I only use flats around now because the heels are not treating me well. Heels are only for special occasions (that's what i think) maybe I should start giving my feet something nice to wear. But I gave out most of them to my cousin and aunts already and i only have few pairs left.. Still, I don't wear them as much as I want to because I spend most of my time at home :(

Tores, A Golden Labrador(golden retriever+Labrador retriever)
7 months old, and he's slightly overweight said the doctor...Loves raw chicken! A big brother to Panda and Axel. Playful in his nature... Named him after a famous footballer Fernando Torres

Yes, Panda is undeniably a boy. He is a Border Collie breed.Aged 3 months+. One of the most intelligent breed in the world!! Hates everyone who sweeps the floor with a broom. He'll bark astoundingly loud and annoyingly if he hears slight noise of someone cleaning. He thinks the broom is a sheep, i guess... Panda has a good herding instinct for sure. Panda is adorable!

Then came Axel, a rock star! Never intended to add in another member in the family but as we touch him(with an intention to just touch!), and there goes the connection. Never-ever touch a cute dog,because you'll definitely end up buying one. Seriously, a touch is all you need.. He's around 3 months old and he's way bigger than Panda, a Bernese Mountain breed.

All three are from intelligent breeds. But for the time being, I guess Panda and Axel are still considered dumb asses(in a cute way). they are still babies ok, pee here, pee there. While Tores is becoming smarter and smarter as the days pass by.

I'm still on a holiday ''mood''.. for now. Just got back from Sabah like a week ago, and already I miss them so much. One month will never be enough!

I've got so much to be planned personally. Its just that sometimes what you want from what you're doing isn't that fulfilling. It's not that you're not trying hard to achieve something, its just that sometimes the surrounding never tend to understand.

But well, one can never escape from feeling that way. I know I have something big ahead. My instinct never fail me.

My off day :) my self proclaimed "off day"...
I have yet to finish up the house chores.. I'm a bit lazy..very lazy in fact! menstrual pain, i hate it!

Well, after been up to absolutely nothing xcept for 'brunching' on Mc D's fried chicken, i thought of my family back in Sabah (kampung tuunon, kolopis..to be exact). I so can't wait to balik.. mummy and daddy kept asking the same question " gee, bila lah ko balik?".. the i went"sabar saja mum..pandai-pandai lah sia tu.. sia indak mau bagitau kamurang"..So, my exact date of coming back will be a surprise.."Atukoi kii gee, amu ko popoilo!"..mum continued; which means 'haiya, that oso u dowan to tell'.. the conversation continued and continued until it ended *poof*...

Today, I've not receive any calls from them.. mum's in kundasang with the rest of the siblings and church member (CHURCH CAMP)..i was supposed to go.. while dad is busy in Donggongon ..(ooppss..my phone just rang... its daddy)"bah cepat-cepatlah ko balik.. bahaya tu kau saturang di sana.. banyak riot"..5.38p.m
Thats what he just said.. i miss them.. hmmm. But no worries!! i'll be counting days..

Life is not that miserable at all.. I once thought of it being so crucial (one second)..
But well, Those were the days..
It's only weeks towards a new year. I took a while reminiscing the past and what was being left behind, What I gained and lost, what i loved and hated.. and most of all the blessings i received from God.. So much till i can't even count..
All these while, i knew He never left me alone.. Even when i was far away from Him.. He never stopped loving me... Thats why until today, I'm still blessed!

It's been weeks since i last blogged... I've been so busy with work and losing Sniffy was the worst thing that has ever happened to me.. How devastating!

Poor Sniffy, he had to be put to sleep because his condition was very2 bad.. the virus had already attacked his respiratory system and central nervous system. He had this seizure and convulsion for at least thrice a day which was no good at all... So,the doctor advised to put him to sleep.. it was really a tough decision... But Sniffy suffered to much, Who would want to see him alive but paralyzed? I will never be able to bare with that.. Only God knew how it felt losing him.. :(

Waking up feeling gloomy. And I've got something to do at 3.00p.m today. Then I'll be driving alone, to a place where I'm not familiar with! This is not Kota Kinabalu or Penampang.~
Then again, I had to wake up early because the plumber's coming to fix my leaking sink.. now, its fixed already.. then i went to the window to see a glimpse of the sky, the scenery.. 'i can barely see any!'.. Odoi dogo! For a second i thought i was in kundasang, inhaling fogs..
"wake-up!".. you're not.
I headed towards the balcony, gazing at sniffy's crate. I miss him so much. How i wished he was alright..

today is my first day blogging.. Apparently, i've got a lot of things running in my mind but i don't know where to start from.. Am i supposed to talk about me(or trying hard to be secretive) or..hmmphh~ bla... blaaa..blaaa..

Im frustrated!.. i'm sad..and depressed! Sniffy's sick.. Sniffy: my puppy; a golden retriever. He's got this distemper virus which is fatal. Its more likely to affect puppies with low antibodies. I hope he'll be fine soon. He's being admitted! Of course in an animal clinic!
If i knew about the disease earlier, i would've brought him straight to the clinic..
But look at what happened! He's been having this heavy symptoms like; nasal and ocular discharges, coughing, fever, diarrhea, and rashes... He's suffering, i know.
~Now i'm blaming the pet shop for selling sick puppies :(
